The following operative plan change has been made to the Wairau Awatere Resource Management Plan and has been incorporated into the Plan.
To update and amend the permitted activities and standards applicable to Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, and provide for St Mary's School and Richmond View School in the Plan where they are not currently provided for as a permitted activity, subject to the respective standards contained in the Schedule.
