PC72 Marlborough Ridge Rezoning
Status: Operative
The following operative plan change has been made to the Wairau Awatere Resource Management Plan and has been incorporated into the Plan.
The Plan Change proposes to:
Delete the existing Marlborough Ridge Zone provisions in their entirety. The zoning is to be replaced by the following existing zones of the Wairau/Awatere Resource Management Plan - Township Residential Zone, Rural 4 Zone, Conservation Zone and Local Recreation provisions.
The Township Residential Zone applies to the existing residential development and land anticipated to be used for residential development. Some minor amendments are proposed to recognize the characteristics of the site.
