Status: Operative
The following operative plan change has been made to the Wairau Awatere Resource Management Plan and has been incorporated into the Plan.
The proposed plan change is to amend the Wairau/Awatere Resource Management Plan by rezoning the area from Rural 3 to Urban Residential 2 to facilitate the residential development of the site. An indicative road layout is provided for the zoned land. This area is north of Old Renwick Road approximately 350m east of Thomsons Ford Road - 22.2 hectares.
