Environmental Health's regulatory role is to promote, protect and improve the health of our community, through the application of various legislative requirements.

Gambling Policy

Under the Gambling Act 2003 and the Racing Act 2003, Council must have both a Class 4 Gambling Venue Policy and a Board Venue Policy.

Methamphetamine Contamination

Environmental Health officers investigate notifications about premises being used for the manufacture or consumption of methamphetamine.
