V38 Rural Issues
Status: Withdrawn
The variation provides guidance for a range of issues arising from land use activities and subdivision in rural areas and updates the Plan to reflect the development that has occurred.
The Variation consists of the following:
Volume One - changes are proposed for the following chapters: Indigenous Flora and Fauna, Landscape, Natural Character, Urban Environments, Rural Environments, Land Transport.
Volume Two - changes are proposed to the following chapters: Definitions, General Rules, Subdivision, Standard Requirements for Subdivision and Development, Rural Residential and Rural 3 and 4 Zone and Residential 1 and 2 Zone.
Volume Three (planning maps) rezoning are proposed for several properties on Blenheim's periphery.
