Community Meetings took place in October and November 2022 to discuss specific issues and help build solutions with communities impacted by the August weather event.
The purpose of these meetings was to understand the issues relevant to each community. Their aim was to also inform communities about progress made to date, the current status of the road network, the challenges ahead, the recovery plan and the prioritisation of repair works.
There are no future Community Meetings currently scheduled, however please reach out to the Recovery Team via recovery@marlborough.govt.nz if you wish to raise any community wide issues, discuss potential solutions, or if you require any additional support due to the impact of the 2022 August flooding event.
