We appreciate that dealing with your insurance can be a complex process, here is some information to help you navigate this.
Insurance
If you have any questions regarding insurance, we recommend you speaking with your case manager in your insurance company directly. Your case manager may be very busy at this time, but if you have waited a while without a response, please reach out to Recovery Navigator (recovery@marlborough.govt.nz), who can support you to connect with someone in your insurance company who can answer your queries.
EQCover
EQCover is EQC’s natural disaster insurance and only covers your residential land following a storm or flood. If you have a valid private insurance policy for your home, you likely have EQCover.
