Any minute responding to requests by submitters for variation to the procedure, as set by the Panel in Minutes 1 & 2, will be listed under the Minute 3' heading, in a separate section, under the other general minutes.

Any minute responding to requests by submitters to be heard at the final hearing day, as set by the Panel in Minute 51, will be listed under the Minute 56' heading, in a separate section under Minute 3 heading, at the bottom of the page.
