A few submission points have been identified as either not having been addressed in a Section 42A Report or addressed but a hearing notice not provided inviting a submitter to speak. A list of points and the process to include further points on this list are available here.
Final Report - Submission Points
The MEP Hearing Panel have issued a minute (Minute 51) providing submitters and further submitters with an opportunity to alert the Panel to any instances where a submitter has not been afforded an opportunity to address the Panel on a particular submission point as was previously set out in Minutes 1 and 2.

During the hearing process, a few submission points and related further submission points have been identified as either not having been addressed in a Section 42A Report or addressed in a report but a hearing notice not provided inviting a submitter to speak. A final Section 42A Report covering all topics will be issued addressing any missed points and a hearing notice provided to those affected submitters inviting them to speak at the hearing.
If you believe that a submission point has not been covered during the hearing process, and is not included on the list, please read Minute 51 for further guidance on requesting its inclusion in the final Report. Please note, all requests need to be provided to the MEP Hearing Facilitator prior to 22 May 2019.
