Public Notice: Decisions on the Proposed Marlborough Environment Plan
On 21 February 2020 the Marlborough District Council gives public notice that it has made its decisions on the provisions of the Proposed Marlborough Environment Plan and the matters raised in submissions. As of this date, the Proposed Marlborough Environment Plan is amended in accordance with these decisions.

Notice of the decision has been served on all persons who made a submission and/or further submission.
Any person who made a submission and/or further submission may appeal the Council's decision to the Environment Court. Further details of the appeal process are available on the Council website. Any appeal to the Environment Court must be in the prescribed form and lodged with the Environment Court (PO Box 2069, Christchurch 8013) within 30 working days of service of the notice of decision.
The appeal period has subsequently been amended by the Environment Court.
