Working dogs must be registered. They include:
- Dogs primarily used for herding or driving stock
- Disability assist dogs (see link below)
- Police dogs
- Custom dogs
- Conservation dogs

If you consider your dog is used solely or principally for herding or driving stock, you will need to apply for working dog status. Complete the working dog status form below.
