The leading crisis organisation for LGBTQ individuals, available 24/7. They have resources for talking about one’s identity, and mental health within rainbow communities.

Emergency Contraceptive Pill
If you are eligible to register with a GP or Doctor you can get the emergency contraceptive pill for free. This is through a Doctor, Pharmacy, Sexual Health Clinic or Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa (was Family Planning).
