* This timing is subject to approval from Central Government.
Central Government has announced that it intends to change
the freshwater farm plan system to make it more cost effective and practical.
Whilst the details of these changes have not been shared so far, Council is
pausing the switching on of catchments until more information is available from
Central Government.
