Environmental incidents are assessed according to their risk level and the urgency of their impacts. Those that present a serious threat to the environment or public safety are addressed first. Our team aims to respond promptly, ideally right away, and always within 24 hours of receiving a report. For lower-priority incidents, the response time varies based on the associated risk. However, we ensure every incident is addressed and documented, regardless of its priority status.
