E-Plan enables access to:
- Marlborough Regional Policy Statement
- Marlborough Sounds Resource Management Plan
- Wairau/Awatere Resource Management Plan
The E-Plan does not contain the provisions of the Proposed Marlborough Environment Plan (PMEP) as the provisions are subject to appeal. The provisions will be added to the E-Plan once the PMEP is made operative. Please note that some of the rules of the PMEP are treated as operative in accordance with Section 86F of the RMA 1991.
