Nearly 200 submissions were received on the draft bylaw, which a hearings panel is considering before making a recommendation to the Council in early 2022. The appointed panel (Commissioner Rob Enright, Commissioner Ma-rea Clayton and Councillor David Croad) also listened to submitters at hearings held 23-25 November at the Marlborough Events Centre.
