Post Event Evaluation - Marlborough Wine and Food Festival
The Marlborough Wine and Food Festival (MWFF) is New Zealand's original and longest running wine festival. Those who attend get the opportunity to sample a unique selection of world-class wines and local cuisine within one of Marlborough's oldest and most picturesque vineyards - Brancott Vineyard. The 2015 event was held on Saturday 14 February.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the impact of the MWFF 2015 on the Marlborough economy. This involves assessing the extent to which the event grew regional exports and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) within the Marlborough economy.
