Section 101 Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Benjamas Srihorn

has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Blenheim for the issue of conditions of a Special Licence in respect of the premises situated at 51 Scott Street, Blenheim, Marlborough District known as Marlborough Public House.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is:

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:

Friday 06 June 2025 from 8.30pm to 2.00am the following day
Saturday 14 June 2025 from 8.30pm to 2.00am the following day

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Marlborough District Licensing Committee, Council Offices, Seymour Street, Blenheim.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the granting of the application may, not later than 15 working days after the publication of notice of the application in accordance with the Act, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 443, Blenheim 7240. Written objections can be emailed to dlc@marlborough.govt.nz

No objection to the grant or renewal or variation of conditions of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 or 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
