Online Services Account
New Users: Creating an Account
If you have never used our online services account facility, you will need to create an account. To create a new account, choose the ‘Log In' button in the header of this page.
Next, select the blue ‘Sign up here’ button located under the log in option.
After selecting this button, on the Sign Up screen you will need to enter the following details:
- Email address (your personal email address if creating a personal account or your organisational email address if creating an account for your organisation)
- Password. Password requirements: The password must be at least 10 characters, including at least 3 of the following character types: a uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, a special character (e.g. !`<>,;:_=?*+#."&%()|[]-$^@/) and more than 2 identical characters in succession (e.g. 111) is not allowed.
- Confirm the password
- Select the Sign Up button
After you have created an account you will receive an email, which will contain a code for the activation of your new account. You must use this code to complete the signup process for your My Marlborough account by entering the code on the Complete Signup screen.
Existing Users
Users who have previously registered and created their own online services account can access this using the 'log in' button in the header of this page.
Signing up for Receiving Invoices by Email
If you already have an Online Services Account
- Log in.
- Follow the instructions below to select which invoices you'd like to receive via email.
If you do not have an Online Services Account
- Follow the instructions at the top of this page to set up an account. This includes:
- Create login
- Go to your email inbox and select the verification code
- Log in with the username and password you have just created, then complete your account details.
- Now, go to the invoice signup page and select which invoices you'd like to receive by email and follow the instructions below to sign up for emails.
Now you have an account and are logged in, you can sign up to receive invoices by email. Below is the screen you will see. Select each tab (Rates Notices, Dog Registration, Sundry Debtor Invoice) to sign up to receive that invoice type by email.
Rates Notices
To receive rates notices by email, enter unique identifier code and property number, both of which can be found on your rates notice.
Choose an email address to send the rates notices to. Note, this can be different to your login email, and to the emails your other invoices go to.
Agree to the terms and conditions. This is a checkbox at the bottom of the terms and conditions. Select the 'opt in' green button at the bottom of the page.
Dog Registration
To receive your dog registration by email, select the Dog Registration tab on the signup screen.
Enter unique identifier code and property number, both of which can be found on your dog registration notice. If you don't have this, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Choose an email address to send the dog registration to. Note, this can be different to your login email, and to the emails your other invoices go to.
Agree to the terms and conditions. This is a checkbox at the bottom of the terms and conditions. Select the 'opt in' green button at the bottom of the page.
Sundry Debtor Invoices
To receive sundry debtor invoices by email, select the Sundry Debtor Invoices tab on the signup screen.
Enter unique identifier code and debtor number, both of which can be found on your sundry debtor invoice.
Choose an email address to send the sundry debtor invoice to. Note, this can be different to your login email, and to the emails your other invoices go to.
Agree to the terms and conditions. This is a checkbox at the bottom of the terms and conditions. Select the 'opt in' green button at the bottom of the page.
Opting out of Receiving Invoices Online
You will not receive invoices online unless you have opted in.
If you wish to opt out after you have opted in, go to the invoice signup page.
Select the red 'opt out' button for each invoice type you want to opt out of.
