Changing address?
If you are changing your dog's 'kept at' address (the address where your dog spends the majority of its time) or your postal address, you are required to notify Animal Control in writing within 14 days. This can be done either via online dog services or by completing the Animal Control change of address form and returning it to Animal Control.
