Water-based Events
If you are organising an event which involves using or participating on any part of Marlborough Sounds waterways you will require authorisation from the Harbour Master.
Events include:
- Fireworks displays over water
- Organised swimming events
- Regattas
- Swim legs of a triathlon
- Kayaking events
- Water-skiing events
- Any local community sports day involving a waterborne event
