In September 2023, we asked the local community for their views on their township's outdoor public spaces. Engagement was sought in a number of ways, including attendance at the Ōkiwi Bay Ratepayers Association meeting, hosting a community consultation drop-in day and written survey.
The feedback received has been used to develop the Ōkiwi Bay Townships plan.
