Electrical Conductivity
The above figure clearly illustrates a regional flow pattern involving a tongue of dilute water with conductivity values of less than 10 mS/m, flowing in a north-west to south-east direction. Conductivity values increase to the north and south, as groundwater flow rates slow and the degree of mineralisation increases.
